Social Media on Autopilot
Daily posts written, illustrated and published for you across the channels that matter, in your brand voice. You stay visible without spending an hour a day on it.
The problem
Showing up consistently online compounds. People buy from businesses that look active and established, and a page whose last post was fourteen months ago quietly says the opposite.
But posting is the first thing to slip. It is never urgent, it competes with actual paid work, and the effort is front-loaded: deciding what to say is harder than saying it. Most business social accounts die from indecision, not laziness.
Hiring it out is awkward at small scale. Agencies cost more than the return for a local trade, and a freelancer still needs managing, briefing and chasing — which is the work you were trying to avoid.
How we solve it
- We build an Autobot for each channel that writes the caption and generates the image
- It publishes every day in your brand voice, with guardrails
- You stay hands-off — review only if you want to
How the build works
- We define the brand voice. Tone, the things you want to be known for, and the subjects you do not want touched. This is the guardrail that stops generic output.
- We choose the channels honestly. Most local service businesses need one or two, not five. We would rather run Facebook properly than four accounts badly.
- We build the Autobot. One per channel, each writing captions and generating images in a consistent style so the feed looks like a brand rather than a shuffle.
- It publishes on schedule. Daily or whatever cadence suits. You can approve everything, spot-check, or leave it entirely alone.
What’s included
- An Autobot per channel, writing captions and generating images
- A brand voice profile with topic guardrails
- Scheduled daily publishing, hands-off by default
- Optional review-before-publish if you would rather approve posts
- Consistent visual style so the feed looks deliberate
- Adjustments as your services and offers change
Who it’s for
Trades with visual results
Builders, landscapers, decorators and installers. Before-and-after work is the most reliably engaging content there is, and you generate it every week without noticing.
Salons, barbers and beauty
Instagram is effectively a portfolio in this trade. Consistent posting is closer to a requirement than a nice-to-have.
Local service businesses building recognition
The goal is being the name people already half-recognise when they finally need you. That comes from steady presence, not brilliance.
B2B and professional services
LinkedIn rewards regular, useful posting, and it is exactly the channel busiest people abandon first.
When it’s not the right fit
We would rather talk you out of the wrong automation than sell it to you.
- Automated posting builds presence, not instant leads. If you need enquiries this month, missed-call text-back or follow-up sequences will do more for you.
- It cannot replace genuine proof. Photographs of your actual work will always outperform generated images, and we will encourage you to send them.
- It will not fix a demand problem. If the phone is not ringing at all, automation has nothing to work with — that is a marketing job first.
- It is only as good as the information you give it. Vague pricing and unclear service areas in, vague answers out.
The outcome
A consistent, professional presence that keeps you front-of-mind, running quietly in the background.
FAQs
Is this the same as Autobots?
Yes — Autobots is our self-serve product, from £99 per month per channel. We can set it up and run it for you as part of a done-for-you package if you would rather not touch it at all.
Which channels do you cover?
Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn. We usually recommend starting with one or two, because a well-run single channel beats four neglected ones.
Will it sound like everyone else's AI content?
That is the real risk with this category, and the answer is the brand voice work up front. A bot with no guardrails produces exactly the bland output people complain about, so that setup is where the effort goes.
Can I approve posts before they go out?
Yes. Some clients approve everything for the first month and then stop bothering; others review nothing from day one. Both are fine.
Can it post photos of my actual jobs?
Yes, and you should. Send them in and they get used — real work outperforms generated imagery every time.
How long before it does anything useful?
Presence is a slow compound. Expect it to look established after a couple of months, not a couple of weeks. Anyone promising faster from organic social is guessing.
Want social media on autopilot running in your business?
We build the automation. You get your time back. Live in days, not months.
